The Tired Man easy- chair by Lassen

This sculptural, cozy relaxation chair was designed by Flemming Lassen in 1935 for the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild competition.
It has been among the great icons of the period ever since.
Organic in shape and upholstered in sheepskin, looking at it it is easy to think of a soft bear.
In fact , Lassen himself defined the seat with these words:

” as warm and secure as a polar bear cub in its mother’s arms in the middle of the ice cap.”

With its warm and comfortable appearance, it entices anyone to indulge in a seat that feels like a big, intimate embrace.
Upholstered in natural sheep wool ( Moonlight color ), it is available complete with its stool.
Both the seat , and the stool are equipped with n 2 wheels on the underside, for easy movement. The other two feet of the base, are fixed, to ensure its stability.

The seat we have is from 2016 and is perfect.
It is marked and numbered ( both the chair , and the stool)
