Baker sofa – FJ 5100

The Baker Sofa, designed in 1951 ( reproduced from 2009 ) with its two-piece backrest, was Finn Juhl’s American debut. It is masterfully crafted with an oak or walnut frame. The upholstery is entirely hand-stitched in fabric or leather, with springs in the cushion for maximum comfort and durability.
With its sculptural forms, it is a representative piece of 20th century design.
Once again, in addition to aesthetic and formal care, we find ergonomic research, for an enveloping and comfortable seat.
