A renovation of a late 19th-century villa located in Casinalbo, near Modena. The renovation, designed and supervised by the architect Luca Jop, took into account the origin of the house in all its parts. Where it was possible, it was decided to keep materials, decorations and structural parts in their entirety.

A very special place, a house surrounded by greenery and silence, a conservative intervention which has given new light to these fascinating environments. The result obtained is authentic and one of a kind.
